In the late 90's, having your own website was as common as having an e-mail address. Stored on the Internet Archive are pages made by people as young as 13! Nowadays, HTML/CSS are considered a niche hobby.
I won't pretend that these skills are easy to acquire. I've been coding for fun since 2020, and I still have to google basic things like how to insert images.
With that said, you don't need to be an expert! You aren't a big corporation. I make my websites for myself, and if other people happen to enjoy them, that's just a bonus.
